Have you found a house that checks your boxes but needs some work?  Or the location you love but you need more space?  When you need a professional to weigh in, call us.  We charge a flat fee of $150 in the towns of Darien, New Canaan, Greenwich,and Westport.  We’ll walk the house with you to discuss feasibility, ideas, and provide feedback on macro pricing.  Additional locations by appointment.
